What we collect

When you send an enquiry or website application we collect your name, business name, email, phone number, trade, working area, website address, services and any notes you give us. If your project is accepted, payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to deliver your website. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (UK GDPR).

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site. Analytics cookies are only used if you accept them, and you can change your choice by clearing your browser storage.

Storage and sharing

Enquiries are stored securely and never sold. We keep them only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
